1. Promoter
The promoter of this competition is Oshee South Africa (“the Promoter”).

2. Eligibility
2.1. The competition is open to South African residents only, aged 18 years or older.
2.2. Employees of the Promoter, its agents, contractors, suppliers, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

3. How to Enter
To enter the competition, participants must:
3.1. Comment on the official competition post stating their go-to Oshee drink this festive season.
3.2. Tag five (5) friends in their comment;
3.3. Follow Oshee SA on Instagram or Facebook;
3.4. Bonus Entry (optional): Share the competition post to their Instagram or Facebook Story and tag Oshee SA.

4. Entry Rules
4.1. Only entries received on the official Oshee SA Instagram or Facebook competition post will be valid.
4.2. Participants may enter multiple times; however, each entry must tag five different friends.
4.3. No automated or third-party entries are permitted.
4.4. By entering, participants confirm that all information submitted is true and accurate.

5. Competition Period
5.1. The competition runs from the date of the post until 29 December 2025 at 23:59 (SAST).
5.2. No late entries will be accepted.

6. Prizes
6.1. There are five (5) Oshee hampers to be won.
6.2. The contents of the hampers will be determined by the Promoter and may include branded merchandise and Oshee products.
6.3. Prizes are non-exchangeable and not redeemable for cash.
6.4. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar value if necessary.

7. Winner Selection and Notification
7.1. 5 winners will be selected at random by an appointed representative on 9 January 2026 by 14:00 (SAST).
7.2. One winner will be selected weekly for five weeks, or as otherwise communicated.
7.3. Winners will be contacted directly via the official Oshee SA Instagram or Facebook page.
7.4. Winners must respond within 72 hours of being contacted. If a winner fails to respond, the Promoter reserves the right to select another winner.
7.5. The winner may be required to provide their full name, contact details, and delivery address for prize fulfilment in compliance with POPIA.

8. Delivery of Prizes
8.1. Prizes will be delivered to verified winners within 30 days of winner confirmation.
8.2. The Promoter is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural events, or incorrect delivery information supplied by the winner.

9. Use of Personal Information (POPIA)
9.1. By entering, participants consent to the Promoter processing their personal information solely for the purpose of administering the competition.
9.2. Personal information will not be sold or shared with third parties unrelated to the competition.
9.3. Participants may request access to or deletion of their personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

10. Consumer Protection Act (CPA) Compliance
This competition is run in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.
All rules are binding, and participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions by entering.

11. Platform Disclaimer
11.1. This competition is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Facebook.
11.2. Participants release Instagram and Facebook from any and all liability associated with the competition.

12. General
12.1. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process or acts in violation of these Terms & Conditions.
12.2. The Promoter may cancel, suspend, or amend the competition should unforeseen circumstances arise, without liability.
12.3. By entering, participants grant the Promoter permission to share their first name and/or social media handle in winner announcements.
12.4. Decisions by the Promoter regarding all aspects of the competition are final and binding.
